Who to contact
Potent Digital Marketing handles enquiries sent to admin@potentdigitalmarketing.co.za. Contact us there to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion.
Enquiries
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your project. The website’s enquiry form prepares an email in your email application; preparing it does not itself send a message or confirm a booking. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
Essential website functions
The website and hosting provider process connection information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose problems. A browser preference remembers your cookie choices for up to six months.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as contact clicks, package interest and video engagement. Google Tag Manager manages these tags. We do not send the contents of your enquiry, your name, email address or phone number as tracking event parameters.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow marketing cookies, Meta Pixel measures page visits and contact actions to help assess Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account. A contact click indicates interest; it does not confirm that an enquiry was sent. Automatic advanced matching is not enabled by this website’s implementation.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional cookies, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Use the Cookie settings button at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking after the page reloads; it does not erase information already received by a provider.
Providers and retention
Our hosting, email, Google and Meta services may process information outside South Africa. Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to respond, deliver agreed work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider policies explain their own processing and retention.
