Separate the questions
Reach asks how widely a message travelled. Engagement asks how people responded. Enquiries and bookings ask a different question about commercial intent. Keep these measures distinct so one is not mistaken for another.
Create a shared definition
Agree what counts as an enquiry, a qualified lead and a successful outcome. Consistent definitions help the website, advertising reports and CRM tell a coherent story.
Build an improvement loop
Start with a baseline, identify a point of friction and test a specific change. Review the result before making the change permanent. This is a practical application of the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control sequence.
Be clear about what the evidence supports
A target is not an achieved result, and a rise in clicks does not by itself prove a rise in revenue. Explain the reporting period and limitations. Better decisions start with honest interpretation.
